We began this company in Manhattan, Kansas in 2002 offering a quality product at a fair price. We recently relocated to Steamboat and are licensed in Routt and Moffat county. We look forward to seeing your projects and working with you.

Jonathan Schliffke, Founder: I have been in the construction business for over 17 years. I enjoy fishing and hunting.

Kasey Schliffke, Co-Founder: I have over 10 years experience in management and finance. I love fitness, music and meeting so many friendly people in the area.
